How do I become a Gold Member?
You need to pay a monthly fees for becoming a Gold Member. So when you login to updgarde your account you must have the necessary funds in your account or you can deposit the funds first and then upgrade to gold memebership.
 
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account you need to send us a message through our online support form and we will help you with this. In case of negative balance you first need to settle that to proceed with the closure of your account.
 
How much does it cost to use BidNOutsource?
It's free to sign up at BidNOutsource. We only charge a small commission. For regular projects that is closed Service Buyers will have to pay 3% or $3 commission (whichever is greater) and Service Providers will have to pay 10% or $5(whichever is greater). A project will be featured for a fee of $25 upfront, paid by the Service Buyer. If the project is featured there will be no other charges as with regular projects. As a Gold Member you don't pay commissions on completed projects.
 
How to signup?
To sign up you need follow these steps. 1) Fill up your user name and email address and we would send you a verification code in your email. 2) You need to enter the verification code sent at your email address in the next page that appears after the page in step 1. You also required to accept our Terms and Conditions on this page. 3) This then takes you to the detailed registration form where you need to give specific information about yourself like your name, your company name and your password. Then you may give some more information like area of expertise, your skills as a provider and other things which you'll be asked. Remember not to give any contact information according to our Terms and Conditions. After all the data been filled up you are to click Signup.
 
Is there a time limit to by when I can leave a feedback?
A review must be made within 90 days after the project has been finished and paid for. If one user submits a review the other user must submit his review within 14 days after the time the first review was submitted. Reviews are hidden until both buyer and provider submit their reviews or until 14 days passes after first review was made. As soon as both buyer and provider post their reviews they will both become visible on the site. If only one user post his review only one review will become visible.
 
What is BidNOutsource?
It's a virtual market place between buyers and sellers of IT services from all over the world. It helps webmasters, web designers, programmers, software developers and business owners to develop their projects. With this purpose we help them find sellers of IT services who are freelance workers registered on BidNoutsource. BidNOutsource is used to hire independent workers on project basis and not on salary basis.The projects are done at the most convenient price for both the buyer and the seller . As a result the best work is done at the best price
 
What is Gold membership?
Being Gold member gives you special privileges: you may pay only monthly fees (10$) and no commissions on the completed projects. That is good both for service buyers and service providers. Service buyers could save money. As for service providers they will be able to bid lower. Also Gold members are considered to be more reliable.
 
Why can't I find the option to rate a BidNOutsource member?
Feedback can be left only when project is completed and paid in full via BidNOutsource. Therefore we recommend both bidder and buyer to reach mutual agreement on the final bid so that the payments are done accordingly and they are able to leave feedbacks after.
 
How do I pick service provider for my project?
Login -> Go to Buyer Activity. All your projects will be listed there. When you click on Pick Service Provider for the project you wish to start, all service providers will be listed on next page. You can now select whichever suits you the best.
 
How do I rate a service provider?
Once a project has been completed, you will be able to rate a service provider. Go to Buyer Activity and you will find available service providers to rate from there. Please note feedback can be left only when project is completed and paid in full (according to the provider's bid) via BidNOutsource. Please note, if the provider is paid less than his bid via BidNOutsource payment system, then the feedback option won't be activated.
 
How much will you charge Service Buyers?

How to choose a winner of your project?
To pick a winning bid, follow these steps: * Login and click on Buyer activity in the Manage account Menu. * Click on Pick a Service Provider besides project title in the table of open projects * Mark a winner and push Select button As soon as the chosen service provider accepts your offer, you will be recieving the contact details of the provider and can start the project.
 
Why my account is temporarily suspended?
The most common reason for this could be that you have posted contact information on our site which is strictly prohibited. To activate your account again you need to Contact us and we will work it out from there.
 
As a Buyer can I make a payment in advance?
We would advice you not to pay in advance. Even despite this if you wish to make payment before the job or part of it is completed, then you would be liable for any loss of funds. There is a free escrow system on our site which we suggest you to use for releasing funds once the job is completed.
 
How do I cancel an escrow payment?
As a Buyer you cannot cancel an escrow payment. If you are not satisfied with the project delivered, then you should ask your provider to cancel your escrow payment. In case the service provider does not agree to do so, then you should contact BidNOutsource.
 
How do I deposit money into my account?
Login and click Payment Transactions and from there click Deposit money. You just need to follow the instructions from here. We currently accept Pay Pal and Wired Transfer.
 
How do I escrow money to a provider?
Login and click Payment Transactions. From there click New escrow payment. Follow instructions from there. Please note that you must have money in your account before you can make an escrow payment.
 
How can I ask a query before selecting a provider?
Login and go to the public project page. Next to each username you will find a PM button. Click on the button next to the user you wish to contact and post a message
 
How do I accept a bid from a service provider?
Login and go to Buyer Activity. Select a service provider from there.
 
How do I cancel a project?
Login and go to Buyer Activity and you can request to cancel project from there. Once your request has been received, we would take 3 working days to process it and refund our fees.
 
Can I edit a project that I have already started?
Since the bids are placed by service providers on the basis of the project description, hence we do not allow changes to project description after the project has started. A buyer can only add more information to the project which would be notified to all service providers bidding for that project.

How can I modify a bid which I've already submitted?
Login and find the project you wish to change on the public project page.Click Place Bid button again and make your changes.
 
How do I deliver a project?
That totally depends on you. Normally it is transferred on the buyer’s server or can be sent as files as an email attachment. This can be mutually agreed by you and your buyer. We would advice you to make sure that money is in escrow at BidNOutsource before you deliver your project.
 
How do leave feedback for a Service Buyer?
Login and go to Provider Activity where you will find available service buyers to rate. Please note that this option would be available only after you have accepted to work on a project and the project is completed and paid in full as per the provider’s bid through BidNOutsource. In case the provider is paid lesser than his bid, then this option is not activated.
 
How does BidNOutsource work for Service Providers?
It's quite simple. You register for an account. Find a project that fit your skills, do estimation and bid a reasonable amount to complete the project. If the Service Buyer selects you as the winner he will pay you that amount through BidNOutsource at a time you both agree on in advance.
 
How much does it cost to a Service Provider to use BidNOutsource?
It's free to join BidNOutsource. We only charge a small commission on closed regular projects i.e. 10% or $5(whichever is greater). The Service Provider does not have to pay commissions on featured projects. Gold Members do not pay any commissions on any projects.
 
When will my withdrawal be processed?
As per our current process, we send out payment once per week. In some cases we have to investigate the funds and there might be a small delay. If your request was submitted before Monday, it'll be sent next Monday-Tuesday. If request is submitted on Monday or Tuesday, we will send money next week. As soon as the payment is sent, you will receive a notification by email with details of withdrawal. The First withdrawal is delayed for 15 days since the day, when funds were added to account. This is done for security reasons. Next withdrawals are sent without any delays.
 
Why my account is temporarily suspended?
Most common reason for this is that you posted your contacts or links with your contacts in message board of Non-featured project or in description of a Non-featured project. Apart from this there are several other reasons like: *You posted an invalid project or bid. Projects and bids must not contain advertisements, illegal information. Such projects are cancelled without any refund fees. *You posted a project which requires abnormal bidding. Such projects can be posted as Featured only. Deposit enough funds to your account and we'll upgrade it to the Featured status. *You posted a fake amount in bid. Bid amount must be equal to agreed payment on project. *You made transactions of this kind: deposit --> withdrawal (withdrawal request). We do not allow this. We are not a money transfer company. Evidently we'll have to reverse your deposit. *You created multiple accounts. We do not allow this. We'll have to close all but one. * Your account has negative balance for 35 days. This suspends your account automatically. To resolve this you need to cover the negative balance. You are able to receive and deposit payments also after suspension without any problems. Your sccount will be activated on its own when you have 0 or more balance. *Sometimes Paypal or other payment systems may suspend your account for verification purposes. Post us a ticket and we'll send you further instructions for activation. Please note that we'll need a scanned copy of your ID sent to webmaster@BidNOutsource. This is not a full list of reasons. We recommend you to follow our Terms and Conditions to avoid suspensions.
 
How much does it cost to bid on a project?
It's free to make a bid. Our new members may make 15 bids per month. Though bids cannot be accumulated, the amount of bids is refilled monthly for free.
 
How do I make a bid?
Login and browse our projects. Select one that you wish to bid on. Click the Bid button above the bid listings. Enter your bid and comment.
 
What is bid limit and how is it calculated?
Ordinary members: New members will be able to make 15 bids per month. Old members will be able to make 15 bids plus 1 bid per month they have been a member at BidNOutsource. For example, if you've been a member at BidNOutsource for 1 year and are not a Gold member, then you will be able to make 27 bids (15+12) per month. Gold members: New Gold members will be able to make 150 bids per month. Old Gold members will be able to make 150 bids + 1 bid per review they have (finished project) + 1 bid per month they have been a member at BidNOutsource. For example, if you've been a member at BidNOutsource for 2 years, have 78 reviews and are a Gold member you will be able to make 252(150+78+24) bids per month.
 
How do I cancel an escrow payment?
Login and go to Manage Account and then click Payment Transactions and scroll down. You will find all escrow payments there. Choose the correct one and cancel it.
 
In what ways can I receive my money?
We currently send out payments via PayPal and Wired Transfer. We plan to offer more options in the future.
 
Why is my withdrawal still showing in pending status?
This indicates that your withdrawal is still in processing. As soon as it has been processed you will be notified via email and as well as update the pending status. Please do not make a new request as long as you have a request in pending status. It might cause a delay. Normally withdrawals are processed during Mondays and Tuesdays for the requests made in the previous week. The First withdrawal is delayed for 15 days since the day, when funds were added to account. This is done for security reasons. Next withdrawals are sent without any delays.
 
Rules and Regulations
Can I exchange money on BidNOutsource?
We are not an exchange or money transfer company. If we find anybody doing money transfers through us, we will reverse such transactions.
 
Can I sell my readymade projects?
Yes, as long as the buyer agree to this and you have proper rights to sell the project.
 
Can I sell stolen scripts?
No way. If we find out you are indulging in the same we will close your account without payment. We might also take legal actions.
 
How much will I have to pay BidNOutsource?
It's free to join BidNOutsource. We only charge a small commission. For regular projects that is closed Service Buyers will have to pay 3% or $3 commission(whichever is greater) and Service Providers will have to pay 10% or $5(whichever is greater).
